A written valuation from RealEstatePro is a six-to-twelve-page document signed by Markos Vlachakis or Eleni Petropoulou-Vlachaki. It includes the comparables we used, the assumptions we made, the planning and energy footnote, and a one-paragraph commentary on what we believe the property would actually sell for inside ninety days. The fee is fixed in advance and depends on size and location.
